Best Customer Service - Employee of Globeflight ever!!!!!!

I have been using globeflight for years now and once again I want to let management know that the following person has gone beyond her duty and job describtion to satisfy my company once again. I unfortunetly can't say the same thing about the rest of Globeflights staff as if Lucia Kalan (JHB) is off the day nothing goes according to plan. It is definately the dedication and efforts of this employee that makes me praise your (her) services. She will answer whatsapp's/phonecalls on her weekends off and after hours making sure my garments gets to it's destination on-time with no worry or hassle. I cannot express enough how valuable this is to me and my sucess, as I rely on this to keep my demanding clientele happy, especially if sometimes pops up last minute or my staff makes a mistakes on the waybill Lucia is a life saver and comes to the rescue every single time, that could have been a disaster.

Hopefully this speaks more than flowers of a personal gift to her by sending this to your company as I have never encoutered this loyal and interaction from any courier company nationwide including dealing with your compitetion now and then.
