BAD SERVICE

I have a parcel imported from HOng Kong, which is in Custom JHB ORT ever since 11th December 2015. and I still have not received anything. They have asked for proof of payment, as well as Invoice for the parcel, which was send to them on the 5th of January, and still nothing.. It is more than a Month, and worse of all, it is my wedding dress, and I am getting married on the 13th of February 2016, and need to do reperations if needed. <br> <br> Waybill No: ***
