Bad driving

On 17 October 2015 at 20:48 this couriers companies driver with courier vehicle REG: DR 13 GM GP, nearly drove me and my fiance with our baby boy in car off the road, driving with a hell of a speed (in a 60 km zone) past us nearly putting us under a truck. Best thing of all he went past us in a lane that you only can turn left in, over a red robot. I saw him pull into a filling station and took his plate number. So was this necessary to push us of the road almost causing a accident just to stop at the shop of filling station. Can someone of this company pleas explain to me why the drive this reckless. This happend in potchefstroom
