Bad driver

I would like to report an incident that occurred on Saturday afternoon with one of your driver . This old man that was driving one of your car's insulted me main because I asked why is he driving the way he's driving...I was driving down the street as he just went in to the road without indicating or any sign to show that his coming in and I had to hit the breaks hashly so. Then he still had the nerve to stop his car in front of me and insult me and tell me to watch where I am going. When I tried to move away from him he still managed to come in front of me blocking traffic both ways and continued to make a scene and insulting me and calling me names I won't mention here.?? his number plate Is FY 08 RV GP
