Bad customer service

Worst service ever, cannot get hold of the Pretoria branch to find out where the rest of my parcel is, i keep getting cut off every time i call or after been transferred, then you keep telling my i only had 1 piece to be delivered to me yet the note given by the delivery gent noted 5 pieces. How is one supposed t trust such services though?
