Appalled
I don’t know what the story is but I have been **** to multiple times by Globe flight and sharp logistics. I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks now and just told it’s only transiting tomorrow yet I was told earlier that it’s in transit. Philile Nhlapo, I Called now and they said they **** to my supplier and that it’s still in Johannesburg not Cape Town .
I have not received any help from anyone on your side. Furthermore I will never use Anything but DHL again. The lack of communication and flat out disrespect has made that certain for me.

Why was this not sorted? And I checked with the exporter and the details are all on there!
