An company that can't do a simple refund!

<p>After receiving notice my parcel from the U.K. was in customs and being charged double the quoted amount I was very happy to get a call to tell me I would be refunded but this has not materialized after 3 weeks of emails back and forth and getting another consultant to now handle this situation I have still not received the refund!Between Sasha then Danielle and Houston you would think it's not very hard for a huge company to refund just over R900..</p> <p>I was told yesterday it would be done and still no proof of payment so maybe this will get the attention of someone whise signature counts!</p> <p>A very disappointed and angry customer today!</p> <p> </p>
