7th day and my parcel has not be collected

Good Day<br> My name is Nolene Tinker i book a courier on the 9th of March it is the 15th of March today and my parcel is still in India.<br> I keep on phoning for feedback as to why its taking so long and not Globe flight , DHL or UPS who couriers the parcels on behalf of Globe flight can give me an answer. i was promised that they can do the collection with no problem. its 7 o clock in India now and still no collection.<br> i am disgusted by the service of these courier companies really unacceptable.<br> and to think that i must pay the full amount for this terrible service.
