House purchases going wrong with Globe Estates

I have signed an offer to purchase and app**** with the bank, I was approved for 90% at first and changed to 95%. I then forwarded sign quote to the agent and accepted the offer from the bank. I made arrangements for the deposit and the fees while waiting for the attorneys to contact and give instructions. I was only contacted by Bond Registration Attorneys and gave them the documents they need, when they requested information from the Transfering Attorneys they find that the deal was closed. I then contacted the agent he told me that there was another deal before mine. I contacted the seller and he told me that there were 3 offers and mine was first at 95%, next 1 @"at 90% and the last was 100%. The agent assumed that I couldn't raise the deposit and never returned to me. I went all out and raised the the funds and waited for the communication from the agent. If I knew there was another offer I would've continued searching for a house, I would have never got into debt raising the funds. I feel he should cancel the other deal and continue with mine.
