Worst real estate company

If I could give zero (NO a negative amount of stars) I would have.

NEVER, I repeat NEVER use them!!!!

Just some background: This was the first time I used them. They got tenants for an apartment of mine and arranged for the rental income to be paid in their account and then paid to my account once its received.

So on the last payment they deducted admin fees, for no reason. They didn't discuss it with me, we have no agreement for these admin fees. So they basically stole the money and when you try to recover it from them they threaten you with legal action. And remember you are a client!!!!

But wait there is more...

They pay your rental income late and don't receive a response from them when you ask why.

Their communication is absolutely **********. You have to constantly beg for a response. They are an absolute waste of time and money.

They give terrible advice. If I followed their advice on one case I would have lost R25 000. Thank goodness I didn't. That should have been a sign for me to get rid off them.

Save yourself an enormous amount of stress and NEVER, I repeat NEVER use them!!!!
