Terrible Estate Agent

Worst rental company ever. They give you false information when you want to rent from them. I am still waiting for the refund of my deposit. Now they tell me I have to clean the carpets of the apartment (which by the way was in a horrible state when I moved in) at my cost and that they are going to deduct money for the cleaning of the carpets from my deposit. I am still waiting for a copy of my contract that was signed last year in September. In the meantime I have moved out from the apartment.

Renting and looking for an ideal apartment or house is in itself not a pleasant experience, but if you have to deal with a terrible estate company like Globalprop, then the experience is worst!

Never ever again will I deal with Globalprop!
