Unwilling transport

There is a lot of hidden cost that was not mentioned before. Like insurance costs that I must pay R7950. R7550 for insurance and R400 for police clearance. Before they will proceed with delivery of my package. They state the R7550 is refundable.

They when they send the document for me too complete, they made a mistake and said the refundable amount is R17550. Now after I have submitted the document they demand I pay the difference of R10000 before they will continue with my order.

I told them, not a chance.

Now I must wait 20days for them too be able too cancel the refund they loaded on the system. I am now liable for storage fees and reactivation of the account.

If I cancel the order I will definitely loose all the money I paid.

They are not willing too work with a client. I have stated in an email that I will gladly pay back the difference between what I am owed and what they overpay. They only state that it will take 20 days for the cancellation too be done.

I must add if I read the document in its entirety mabey this would have been resolved with out going back and forth.
