Worse customer service and aftersales support.
Bought a fat shrinking machine from this company. Everything was done over telephone which I already had a problem with. I called sales consultant and asked how sure they are that the machine is working Feedback was that it is working and u do not even have to be on diet plan for it to work... Also if we are not happy we can return it..those two points being key for me.. It is now 8 months with no positive result and calling a lady called Sonja I get the following feedback..... We do not take machines back after a year You cannot expect the machine to work if you do not follow a diet plan You did not asked us to come to you and take you through the machine....we were not told this
I see feedback from. Sonja that they come to your facility and check why it will work and why it will not work.....this was not done
These people treat their customers the right way based on where they judge you as important...
Be carefull ...if u at the bottom of the food chain trying to startup you will not get the support u need ....they only fly after you if you much higher up....
I see positive feedback from a Sonja M but won't surprise me if it's the same Sonja who is the girlfriend promoting their company

We do not retail franchise businesses, but beauty and health equipment, used in the facility of a business. when a customer purchases these equipment it is used and utilized in their own set up and within their own business, just as Mrs Spyre has. Our student support regarding treatment advice and Technical support has never been contacted by yourself of Mrs Spyre. You required that you no longer wanted to continue with your Fat freeze Cryolipolysis unit business and wanted to simply give it back after it was delivered in January 2022. As formally communicated to you by our offices, we cannot accommodate this transaction, but offered you an alternative solutions to try assist you in selling the unit out of our show room as a pre loved model, but you declined. We are sorry that you find our assistance poor quality after sales care, and hope that you can find a solution that will suit you better.

3 . Your salesmen sold the machine with a guarantee it will work....it takes 4 to 8 months to see results... There is no results so I want it returned...
4. Do u rate your customer on race....you fly to some customers...you do risk assessment for some customers....Why u do not have a standard....why does it differ based on what u consider your type off customer...DOES THIS COMPANY HAVE A TYPE?????

I have a R140 000 machine standing with Bed and everything doing nothing because of the information given by these people...
Like I said I told these guys diets is not been helping and they said don't worry this machine does it...read the fine print people you need to drop to a certain weight before this machine will kick in....And be carefull off Sonja
