Unfairly treated and refusal of payment

My car was bumped into by a global waste truck in the parking lot of my residence 21 March 2023, after numerous phone calls, texts emails and promises that they will reimburse me till today 6 May nothing has been done, they have my info even banking details but they have now resorted to ignoring all communication to them
