Schengen visa application

App**** to GV for a Shengen SPOUSAL visa and i was sent the wrong forms - if that wasnt bad enough they also requested proof of address and bank statement not older than 10 days all of which were not required - they sent me a quote for R1480.00 which i paid not realising that they are "middle men" They made an appointment for me to go and have the biometrics done at VFS Global , and if they had been HONEST would have told me to go direct to VFS Global , when i first contacted them for this visa - at the end of it all , dealing with this company who spent at the most 15 to 20 minutes of their time on my visa application and to charge that huge amount is in my view pure ******ion on their part. I feel ********** and certainly did not get value for the amount they charged. The person i dealt with is Nadia Buckas
