Since then there have been numerous staff changes, and I have had no contact (other than initiated by myself) from them in over 2 years. All other documents sent to them also seem to be inaccessible. <br> <br> The entire operation is a ****.<br> <br> I asked for the name of the general manager of the entire organisation, and was given the name of someone who was clearly not the general manager. I have sent emails to an employee called Carol Ford, and have had no productive response. <br> <br>
