DO NOT USE GLOBAL VISA or IXP VISA

Global Visa/IXP say they provide immigration assistance services to people wanting to emigrate to various countries from South Africa. I decided to buy their service and duly paid my first amount. Well that's when the fun started. I filled out all the information they wanted and then they did some assessment and then told me that I was eligible to apply. They phoned me once a week to 'update' me. There was nothing to update as I ended up doing all the work and they just put it on the Canadian Immigration System. They hounded me every month for my payment and once they had received my full payment they have been dead quiet. I did all the hard work myself. I've not heard from them in months. I send e-mails, they promise to phone back but don't. I tried calling the office but my caseworker seems to always be out or has changed. I did all the ground-work for the language test myself and for getting my degrees verified by World Education Services. The CV consultant was a joke, I could have just gone to the internet to do my own CV. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. IT IS A RIPOFF!!! I am going to report them to the relevant government authorities
