GLOBAL TRANSLATION (PTY) LTD - Make contact please
We engaged Global Translation (Pty) Ltd on 20 April 2026 to assist with SAQA verification and apostille-related documentation required for overseas employment. Unfortunately, from the outset, communication has been extremely challenging, with numerous follow-ups required simply to obtain updates and clarity regarding the status of our applications. Most concerning is that we have now been unable to make contact with the company despite repeated attempts via phone, WhatsApp and email. Calls go unanswered, WhatsApp messages are not delivering, and emails are bouncing back. The lack of communication and transparency has caused significant stress and uncer*****y. We have already resigned from our positions in preparation for our move overseas and are awaiting documentation required for our future employment. At this point, all we want is clarity regarding the status of our applications and the safe return of the original documentation entrusted to Global Translation. We would greatly appreciate urgent contact from Global Translation (Pty) Ltd to help bring this matter to a resolution.
