I was approached by Ryan Venter through a good Client that knows me as part of A reference…We eventually met...for him to discuss global Trading and possibly signing up..? Which is what happened on the 24TH OF January 2018…. As I was interested by his presentation. I then called Ryan about an Hour or So after he Left my Premises, to tell him that I can’t go through with it as I had made the Decision without my Wife And she was not happy about it…. I couldn’t get hold of him as he was already with his next client. So I sent him a WhatsApp advising him thereof…. He did call me too say I must worry he will sort it out and cancel the IT guy to not come do software installation…. And therefor won’t be a Problem to cancel! I then called him the Next day Asking him if I must follow up with the Office regarding my Credit? So he assured me that I mustn’t worry about it the money it Will come back into my Credit card within 7days… so I believed him and waited…. So after 8days I called as there was no refund/credit done>>> I then called him and said that he couldn’t understand why it wasn’t done and he was going to speak to his Manager straight away… Anyways after much backwards and Forward with Lavina I was told that with regret they can’t refund me, so again I called Ryan and he says he will sort it out…….? I was then contacted by Zelda who was trying to get the Story Straight to go chat to the Manager…. She then also came back with bad news… The short of it is that if Ryan had asked me to put it into Writing I would’ve… And I am just sorry that I re**** on him and didn’t read the Terms on reversal of Document… I hope and trust that no one ever uses this company again as i was taken properly... i have started with legal procedures and will keep public updated....
