Dispute on company credibility

We struggled with this company, Global Trading Solutions to provide a pro-forma invoice to validate the commitment that they state for specific goods or service to be rendered to us a a potential client. They only offer an enrollment form as their document acting as invoice too. No business registration or main essential number are presented on this document. We communicated this with Mr van Wyk and his reply was that he is a sole proprietor. We search several institutes and found a publication from FSCA FSCA Press release dd 4 June 2018 -- Global Trading Solutions and are not authorized as financial services providers and are not representatives of any authorized financial services provider. Persons rendering financial services without a license or without being appointed as representatives are acting in contravention of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002. The FSCA again reminds consumers who wish to conduct financial services with an institution or person to check beforehand with the FSCA on either the toll free number (***) or on the website www.fsca.co.za as to whether or not such institution or person is authorized to render financial services.
