Compalint against Global Trade ATF

The stock broker, Mr Eliya, promised that when I join the online trading, he will insert a stock loss of R 2 000 on my R50 000 investment so that it will stop trading once I reach a loss of R2000 but this never happened until I lost the whole money within two weeks. I want my money to be refunded back.
