Terrible, Horrible and poor customer service.

I went to Global filling station the one in Ledig, Sun City road and the service I got there was so horrible from the cashier, attendant, manager and the area manager. I put petrol and nothing moved on my petrol gage, the same way I got to the filling station is the same way it was after the filling up. I asked the attendant by the name of Kopano and he gave me a bad and horrific response. He then called the manager by the name of Felicia who was also rude as she was disruptive whilst I speak and she kept on rolling her eyes. In the process I went inside to buy some snacks and the cashier by name of Annette was so not accommodating, I greeted her with a smile and she kept her serious face as she was helping me she was busy talking to another lady. There was no eye contact or smile nothing, as she took my money she wasn’t even looking at me she was facing backwards, I then pulled my hand for her to notice what she’s doing was wrong but she saw nothing wrong.

I then got the area manager’s number by the name Thabo. I called Thabo and he promised me he’s coming the next day, I waited, I sent him an sms and he finally called back. Thabo kept on making excuses saying he had a puncher, suddenly he has had a meeting in Pretoria the he changed saying in Johannesburg and the he’s not sure when he’s gonna come.

Thabo was not helpful as he kept on disturbing me while I’m talking and he told me he’s not in the mood to talk to me anymore he ended up hanging up the phone.

I’m very disappointed with the service I got from all the four of them; Thabo ( area manager) Felicia ( manager) Annette (cashier) Kopano (attendant)

The service was horrible, pathetic I don’t even know what to say. For the value of money I paid worth of petrol and not to receive it is not acceptable.
