Poor service by cashier

Hi,I received a poor service from a Lady called Lolo at Moloantoa service station in Sebokeng Zone 12, she simply refused me to pay a dstv account using ID number and required the identity document itself. The lady is rude and I have never experienced that kind of a service from that station. I've been paying dstv in that way for months now and it's only her who refused to help me without ID. I tried getting hold of the regional manager with no success.
