Bad Service

Hi

I am disgusted by the poor customer service offered at Molantoa Global filling station in Sebokeng. On Saturday night I went to buy two pints of oil and I felt dissatisfied by the service offered by the petrol attendants as they resorted to using vulgar language to me as a customer for years.

This morning again I went into the store at the filling station to buy and I was approached by another petrol attended that was not on duty on Saturday night and wanted to start chaos again complaining about the event he doesn't know.

I am greatly dismayed and honestly horrified of the service I received twice on different occasion and I'm thinking this should not happen to anyone and we are there to support the local businesses in our area.

All I seek is a remedial action and the petrol attendants to customer service and must treat all customers fairly.
