HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

<p>I invested money last year Dec gave notice for closing the account in August Hennson the owner/manager promised to pay me in 7 days I've been waiting since August every time I call I'm told that I will be paid next week. I don't know how many next week's should I wait for I don't get statements. When I complained to Hennson about the service he referred me to the office and website because I told him he's UNPROFESSIONAL one Saturday in September he asked for my account number I waited till today. When I called the office I'm always told to call after 14:00 after 14:00 the phone rings unattended. The service is very poor and they are UNPROFESSIONAL especially HENNSON. I'M TIRED OF WAITING FOR THEM.</p> <p> </p>
