Bar Global Trading Buckmaster shoes

About eight months ago, my brother and i bought a pair of buckmaster outdoor shoes, each. Within six months of purchase, both pairs of shoes started to delaminate at the soles. I have approached Bar Global trading, which import these shoes and to date despite sending them all the relevant info, have received no feedback. Spoke to Aneesa Julie ***. We paid R800 per pair and it was rather disappointing, the life we got out of these shoes. We could have bought shoes at half the price and got out twice the lifespan and its rather disappointing on the lack of service we have received from the importing company
