WARNING WARNING WARNING

On the 3rd of February 2022 i got in contact with these guys.A Deon guy phoned me and we started talking about the product i was interested in,they sent me quotes and i immediately excepted one ,i paid R5680-00 for security cameras and he let me know that they will keep in touch with me...later on another person phoned me to get an adress of where they can deliver to.....long story short....they did not deliver on the date we agreed to ...i tried to phone them....but no answer....i sent whatsapps but nothing....the next day they phoned with the excuse that there was a covid case and they had to sanitize the place.....couple of days late i still didnt hear anything from them and i sent emails and whatsapps ,when suddenly i got a real stinky email that i dont care about people with covid and i am inhuman and i told him that i do feel for people sick and dying as i was sick myself and lost 3 of my family members in one month....i gave it a couple of days and then mailed them again to find out if they have an idea of where my package is....Again nothing....i got fed up and sent a couple of emails and no answer...when he rep**** to myn emails he sugested i give him my banking details so they can refund,and i told him that i need the cameras....few days later still no word of my cameras ... i sent a couple of emails and my banking details and a coulpe more just to find out when i can expect my money and he rep**** saying that if i send one more email he will lay a charge of harassment against me...he even once said that 5K (R5000) is nothing and he can take his family out to dinner with that...why do i go on about 5K....and if i am in financial trouble....Now if 5K is such a small amount,why is he not paying it back....I also sent him a coppy of The Consumer Protection Act,68 of 2008 and again nothing......
