The customer service is very poor

<p>21 February 2017 I called Global security solutions asking about their camera product that I saw on their Facebook page.The lady called Melissa sent me a quotation and the information through emails and promised me that the cameras will be linked on our mobile phones.I also asked her if they will be any additional resources to buy during the installation,she said no except for the covering of cables.</p> <p>Up to this day the technical guy only installed the cameras but did not link them in our mobile phones which makes this whole project useless for me I am not always in the house and my sole reason for installing the cameras was to see the movement around my house when I am not present.</p>
