Bad Service

<p>Global security selutions advertised a camera kit. After calling them and confirmed that i can go and pick up a kit from them for R2000, i was given an address in Pretoria. The store was not even open yet. They then mailed me the address in Jhb. This address could not be located. The installed confirmed that he will drop a system for at my address. He did not pitch up. Call them the next morning. I was told to pick up a system at the Jhb wearhouse. After driving there, and could not finf the place i called Melisa, the sales manager, and the installer, Edward. None of them picked up their phones. I called over 20 times. When i called from another number, Melisa picked up, and said she was sorry. I asked for directions to the address for pick up. She said that she will get Bennie to call me. Still now no one has called me. To get down to the point, when i needed them for assistance, no one picked up their phones. Not calling you back. This is realy bad service from them. The whole thing took place over a week. And still till now, no one came back to me. </p>
