Bad Service

Good day. I have a situation where I purchased and paid for materials from GRS -Global Roofing Solutions Cape Town on 10/10/2018 and requested delivery for 16/10/2018. No delivery while I was waiting on site. I had to pay 4 workers for the day and no production. I had to call GRS all day for feedback every time I don't get satisfaction. I was assured that delivery will happen first thing 17/10/2018 and still no sign @ 10:00. GRS was going to give me feedback @ 9:00 but still no call. I just feel let down and it is costing me to pay 4 workers for two days with no production and no concern from GRS. Can I claim the two days wasted from GRS ?
