Failing to Refund customers

I paid for a Workshop that was suppose to happen on the 21st of October 2023 at the Mcdonalds in Sunninghill and it never happen. Ever since I have been battling to get my refund. After numerous, calls, emails and messages, I still didn't get my refund. I have spoken to Sandy and Kevin, both telling me to check my bank account it should show in the next 2-3 days. Still no refund has been made.
