Unacceptable business practice, don't deal with Global Repairs and Sells

I posted a question on Facebook asking for recommendations for a trusted repair person who has been used before to fix my washing machine. Robert from Global Repairs contacted me directly, not what i requested but Robert assured me that he has the knowledge to resolve the problem. On the first visit Robert advised me that it was the water pump. I declined his assessment as the machine had a brand new pump, then he moved on confidently that the door switch needs replacement, which was replaced. Guess what? Machine still does not drain!!! I was then advised that Robert will repair my PC board (again every step Robert requested more money) The "fixed" PC board was installed and money changed hands.... Guess what? Machine still does not drain!!! Now Robert wants more money to fix PC board which he already fixed. I have advised Robert that the consumer protection act allows clients to either claim their money back or he has to fix the machine. Robert obviously now ignoring my calls and messages.

Please don't ever deal with this company or person unless you want shoddy work or wallet drained with no result!!!
