Denying me my Certificate I have paid for

I app**** for a Tefl certification at Global Search Placement Agency on the 22/07/2021. I finished the course on the 14 September. I have been waiting for my certificate ever since then. I asked for a PDF they said they will send it but they didn't. Every time I call and ask they say it's on the way. I ask for a tracking number they say they don't have a tracking number. I have job applications to apply for. I'm really disappointed cause I paid for everything in full please assist Peter.
