!! DEPLORABLE SERVICE !!

Global Plants purchased Jacaranda trees from our neighbour, removing the boundary precast wall between our driveway and their front yard. The tree laid across OUR driveway for a week before the removed it following plenty of phone calls from us. Then they just left the hole and the wall as is. We filled the hole partially and following some more phone calls, they filled up the rest of the hole and still left the wall unattended. We're going for 5 (five) weeks now, the wall is still not repaired and the branches not removed. Each time we phoned, Willem and Rick advised that it would be repaired the next day...which of course never happened. When you get excited as you know that it's just another empty promise, Willem just hangs up. Rick's not answering his calls anymore. They are utterly unprofessional, *********, dishonest, ***********, pathetic, and childish to say the least and you should think twice...or thrice before ever doing business with them. Even the neighbours of the unfortunate people they deal with suffer the consequences. As soon as they have what they came for, the leave the mess they made and damaged they caused behind and disappear! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
