a mess!

It's absolutely horrible how they came to my house nd took the tree, then left the yard in such a state. There's this massive hole where the tree came out which isn't safe for the kids, the tree leaves are lying all over my front yard, they kept promising to come fix the mess but now I see it won't happen. I should've never sold my tree to them, now I'm stuck with a hole and dirty front yard that I now need to clean myself! I'm dissapoited in Charl so bad!
