Cluless manager

<p>i was pouring petrol in this petrol station and i get off to go to the toilet. i found that they are coin operated. i asked the staff members for toilet then they said i should pop up R2. i then asked to see the manager and she asked how much did i spend i said R300.00. she said is not enough for her tolet me use the toilet for free. i should pour a full tank and i will be given the right to use the toilet. i asked her if that is the standard and she said yes. i asked for the area manager contacts and she dissappeared into the office for 15min. when she came back she gave me the R2 coin and said the area managetg said she should give me in order to use rthe toilet. i insisted in getting the contacts and she said the area manager doesn't want to give. i then said to her that i wont take the R2 coin to use the toliet, she then laughed and i went out and leave...this was not the first time i experience this kind of service from this branch and i am of the idea that they should be taught a serious lesson on customer service. my contact is ********** 991</p>
