******* deductions!!!!

I now only saw that they have deducted my account monthly for R51.99 and they do it twice in a month!! This has been going on for the past 6+ months! I have previously stopped the order and now they(global personals) have just started again!! Cant get anyone to answer or help me with this deduction, and it seems like FNB is standing ouside the fight??
