SA Business Dispatch, West-Pro Holdings & The Global Perfection Team : Sends email to debit client without any confirmation from client.

This morning my husband received an email from a company called SA Business Dispatch, stating that there will be a debit order for an amount of R205 with the short name NPWEST, which will be displayed on his bank statement.

However he did not subscribe to any of their services. The reference on the email states 909062 and to our dismay we have not been able to speak to any of their consultants since this morning, reason being they make us hold on for minutes on end and finally when someone does attend to the call, it breaks up and the consultant hangs up on you.

What kind of professionalism is this? @SA Business Dispatch & @Global Perfection, what company are you and how you do just go ahead making these decisions about debit orders without any confirmation from the client ???
