NEED URGENT RESPONSE!!!!!!!

Need immediate reply from this company as i just received a mail from them they going to debit my account i want to know who gave you my id number and asked you to provide me any services and who gave you my bank details and auth the debit i also want your company FSP licence number so i can take this up with the ombudsman. and above all the stampeding idiot who answered your phones i would like to company to send hem to basic manners class as i would like his address as well i want to see if he got so much "Guts" to speak to me like that when i stand in front of him
