THE MOST UNSATISFYING AND UNRELIABLE COMPANY THAT I EVER DEALT WITH!

They are not worthy of any stars!!! I ordered body parts from them for a Picanto 2017, they send me an invoice for the parts they "had" in stock, so they say. First spoke to Willem, the General Manager's husband and then he gave the order to Ronel (Sales Rep), apparently a new employee . I paid immediately, they send me the way bill the next day. When the parts arrived, some of the parts were not included and most of the parts were for an older model Picanto and other vehicles. Contacted them immediately, promised that they will sort it out. After a couple a weeks of no feedback from them, I contacted Mariska (General Manager) who promised that she will sort it out personally. No feedback again from her. Ronel contacted me (via voice message on Whatsapp) and said that I must courier the wrong parts back to them, after I paid almost a R1000 for the courier. I refused and said that they must send the courier at their cost, as it was their mistake. Received no feedback. Contacted Elizabeth their, Account Manager, she requested that I put my complaint in writing, which I did a week ago. Till today no feedback. When I phone any of the numbers on their website, the calls get rejected or ignored. This is very frustrating, as I paid thousands for parts I cannot use. These people are unprofessional, the worst service I ever came upon, manipulating and deceiving. I will not recommend anybody to make use of their services.
