Sold me stripped parts

<p>I contacted Global for the first time on the 6th July 2017 to enquire on Diesel Injectors for a Citroen C3. The photo online clearly shown all 4 injectors with all nozzles and shims attached. They advertised them for R700 each. I spoke to a woman called Tilla and asked her if there was anything wrong with them to which she rep**** :'No". I then got a emailed quote from them for the parts and went down to FNB the next morning to make the payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was literally at the door of FNB and I called them again to confirm whether these are parts or being sold as s****. I spoke again to Tilla. I asked her again if these parts are in working order to which she rep**** yes. She further went on to say that they where taken off a running vehicle and the only reason they stripped the vehicle is because they never had papers for it. So I made the payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everything was couried to me and I took them in the packaging to Remco that does the testing. I could not even book these items in as I was informed that there are parts missing from the injectors, in other words the injectors are not complete. Also because these parts are not available to buy at any supplier. Even the dealer only sells them complete.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I contacted Global back and spoke to Erica, she said she would get back to me. I received an email instead from Tilla saying that they will not be refunding me. I then called Global and was told by Tilla I can courier the parts back to them if I wish, but they refuse to refund me as they never sold it to me as working parts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good thing all my calls are recorded.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never do business with these ******. </p>
