Shocking service

I have now waited over 2 weeks for one single part from this company. The first 5 times I phoned they took down my cell phone number and said they will get back to me. Guess what, they never did, not once have they phoned me back. They take at least 24 hours to reply to emails, sometimes not at all. I have pait the full amount and still have no part in hand. On top of all this, I find out now the part I paid the required deposit for has now suddenly been sold, and they have to look for another one? Whats the point of the deposit if they are just going to sell the part to someone else? Did I eventually get the part you ask? Not even close! They now want to refund me for whatever reason, and I'll take it, I can't deal with these people anymore.<br> <br> They waste your time and money, and then then have the audacity to tell me I must phone them back instead, so they can find out what is happening with my order.<br> <br> 0/10 Will never buy from them again
