Prompt helpfulness fad8ng when requesting return of depost when cancelling the order.

Well the initial help was prompt and helpful. However they were unable to locate the part in the 7 days i had set aside for finding a second hand one. I then opted to go for new and requested my deposit(R2000.00) to repaid to me. Thats where the prompt helpfulness faded. I travelled the 45km to the physical address to ask for the cash, was told i didnt need to come physically as it would be done electronically, i said yes, but nothing had been done electronically. I was assured the money would be paid with immediate transfer. This was not done.
