Have you corrected your mistake or are just a mistake

Clearly this is ***** and ******ion. As a customer clearly shown no intention of ******ion. My description of the parts I wanted and pictures of the vehicle I sent you a mistake of sending me polo tsi bonet and the rest polo vivo parts show's that the mistake lies With you. According to you sale's people the customer was wrong. I further contacted you about the issue more than a month ago you only rep**** after. In your email two weeks ago you would refund me with in the week. It's two weeks. You clearly saying that the customer is at fault for you mistake. My emails, WhatsApp and my calls that are recorded states otherwise. You are ********* and *****. You and your sales team . Further more this is a insult to a customer that made a cash payment for services you provide. You might have a no refund term bit you do not have a return policy. And again the day I contacted your team about the incorrect item's you supp****. Me as the customer was the **** and further more the RMI approved panel beater was the **** too. So thanks MR Willem brits and the team of global online parts

I will keep updating the process of this issue on this site. 100% of issues was resolved here for so many South Africans. Including some of mine.
