bmw z4 damaged headlight

I needed a headlight for a 2004 bmw z4. After using findapart Global online parts said they can get me a good used light for R2800 excl courier fees. I said go ahead , paid the full amount into their account and waited a week to get the light. <br> After 2 weeks I finally got the headlight from them .... damaged. I immediately emailed them with pictures indicating this and another two weeks later still fighting to get my monies back.Now the owner Willem will reimburse me....not sure when however will not reimburse me the funds for the courier fees. Totally unacceptable.<br> Now for a company that size to play games with peoples money is not correct.The owner does not even have the decency to contact me to apologize.
