Awful and uncalled for service
I made an order in February of this year for some parts and paid within a days time. I called and sent emails and was forever told that my order will be handed over to the couriers until months later I was told my order cannot be located. I have whatsapp conversations and emails indicating the awful and deteriorating service I got over the months. Now no one is answering and to this day my order has not been delivered I was told the matter was then with Mariska who is now not even answering my calls.

08 Sept 2019, 16:58on February 11 Mariska sent me an email using email address *** and an SMS with numbers ending .....6789, these are the same numbers on your website. the same on which I did sent my correspondence when I did not get help. I further sent emails in desperation to wantedparts@globalpartsonline to no avail. I have sent again this afternoon an email to *** as i was informed by someone with numbers ending ....3542 that they are now the only person who can help. Also spoke to someone with numbers ending.....7835 who referred me to someone, all to no avail. I spoke to a number of your staff who always said the order will be shipped in no time. The order no. is 95297

07 Oct 2019, 16:14To this day nothing has happened. I got an email indicating that they were busy checking their records but to this day nothing has happened. The same old sphere of silence after promises is at play again. If the order cant be delivered I'd be glad to be refunded, i have been waiting for a long time in vain.
