Global Mms. What a nightmare.

I saw an advert that Barry Hilton did for Global Mms. I assumed that because he was a celebrity that the company that he was promoting was worth a try. Little did I know that most of the pictures advertised on their Facebook page was not their work but that the pics were copied from the internet. Anyway I had epoxy floors installed in April . What a disaster. I contacted Marelise to inform her that the floors turned green . After 2 weeks she and her husband Morne came to "fix" the mess only to find that the floors looked even worse than the first time. Even though I received a 1 year guarantee from her she gave my husband some of the products and told him that she would guide him and that he will be able to fix the floor himself as there were patches that didn't have gloss, areas with holes and all kinds of other problems. This kind of service is unacceptable . My floors looked nothing like the pictures she had advertised . In stead we are stuck with green / yellowish floors that are full of holes/ bubbles and small stones. It looks absolutely terrible so much so that we haven't had any family or friends over due to the bad state of the floors. It was a total rip-off which cost R53000. I was told that our existing tiles had a problem, but what she also admitted was that they did not use the original products. That might be the reason why our floors turned green. Marelise now blocked me on WhatsApp. She refuses to give us a date to come redo the floors. I would not recommend Global Mms ever . Was the worst service and workmanship we ever received . She is definitely not qualified to do epoxy installations.
