Poor service and custormer relations

We ordered pH meters from Van Zyl at Global Measurment Solutions. We informed him that the products were needed as soon as possible when we placed the order. We waited 2 months for delivery!

He never answers his phone when you need urgent follow up information and is unprofessional in his conduct with his clients.

We eventualy had to purchase one pH meter ourselves from another company to complete our order,

We will never make use of Global Measurments Solutions's services again. One of the worst experiences in a long long time!
