In 20+ years, I've not come across a better-designed or more stylish ceiling can light & the price is phenomenal!

I've had years of frustration installing/replacing ceiling can lights, usually cutting my fingers several times on the sharp metal cans, shredding with badly-designed light clips, leaving the light fitting hanging several inches from the ceiling. Most often, deceptive marketing implies a complete unit but then when you open the box, you find you still have to buy a can to place the fitting inside. These kits including *everything* that you need except the fitting unless you buy a kit included with it.
