Global Lefaragatlhe wrong fuel frustration

The service is soo poor that you get frustrated from being taken from pillar to post regarding the mess they put one in. They poured petrol in our vehicle instead of Diesel, now they giving us the runaround in fixing the car, claiming the quote is too much as the money has to be paid by the petrol attendant and they don’t earn much. I wonder if they don’t have insurance to pay for such liabilities.I am soo stranded as I need the car and I am the one who constantly have to ask for updates. It’s been a week now and they keep telling me stories every time I enquire. This is soo frustrating.
